Issue acknowledged
Fortunately, The Walking Dead support has acknowledged the issue with the missing episode 19 and stated that they are attempting to resolve it. However, no timeframe for a fix was disclosed.
A user also contacted AMC+ support regarding the new TWD episode not showing and was informed that they are aware of the problem:
