If you are a mobile gamer who is into city-building games, you must have heard of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. Developed by EA Mobile for Android and iOS, the game was released in February of 2012.
To date, the game has managed to generate over $200 million in revenue, the city building game offers different types of buildings many of which are directly carried over from the animation series. As you complete quests and levels, you will be able to be collect characters and buildings that will help you unlock more
The developers ensure that The Simpsons: Tapped Out stays and feels fresh by frequently updating the game in the form of new events and challenges.
With that being said, The Simpson: Tapped Out players are now reporting that they are having issues collecting syringes after the Halloween event ended. This has frustrated many since the issue popped up during the last quest making it impossible to complete.
Solutions such as reinstalling the game and clearing cache do not seem to work either. The game is currently awarding money instead of syringes. You can see in the image below that the game offers money and XP.
As it turns out, EA Help said that they were aware of The Simpsons: Tapped Out issue with the syringes and are working on a fix. However, they did not share any ETA on when the issue will be fixed.
We hope EA releases a fix so that players can complete the quests as intended. If and when they do, we will update this article so make sure you stay tuned for more information.
