With China once again slipping into a new Covid outburst. And the new restrictions being imposed by the authorities it is speculated that the mill production of Chinese phones will be disrupted.
It is speculated that this new outbreak might disrupt the production of Mobile giants like Xiaomi, Oppo and many more. Due to increasing covid cases in some parts of China, the authorities are imposing restrictions to prevent the spread. The authorities have sealed the buildings and are not letting people go out of their homes.
The imposed restrictions have limited the movement of people which is affecting the mobile production of these companies. The companies like Apple and Foxconn have already suffered a lot due to this sudden outbreak around the world’s biggest iPhone plant situated in China. And the production of the iPhone 14 has been dramatically affected by this sudden outbreak.
The same situation might prevail for Chinese mobile giants like Xiaomi, Oppo and many more. And they might be facing a production disruption due to the restrictions.
With the increase in the number of covid cases being reported by China per day, the restrictions are assumed to be more strict than earlier. And if that happens production will surely be disrupted and these companies will surely be facing huge losses. As the production of the phone which are scheduled to be launched soon will be massively affected. And so is the economy of the country as these restrictions will also be affecting other sectors as well.
