The Crew 2 — sequel to 2014’s The Crew — is a massively multiplayer racing video game developed by Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft.
Released in 2018, The Crew 2 is available on different gaming platforms including Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Stadia.
It is an open-world racing video game set in the streets of the United States. The game allows players to race with a variety of vehicles including cars, bikes, motorboats, and airplanes.
Unfortunately, not all is well with The Crew 2 as there have been some complaints about Low Poly Golden Smoke awards being disappeared or missing from inventory.

Available in ICON 1 fame level, LIVE summit is a weekly PvE competition that players can access via the News or Activities menu. Players are awarded Low Poly Golden Smoke in ‘The Chosen LIVE’ Summit event.
However, those who finished the race in the event are reporting that they aren’t able to claim this award from inventory even though they received it.
Gamers say that they have tried all the vehicle’s vanity customizations and it doesn’t show up anywhere. So, either it’s missing or disappeared.
Luckily, the devs of The Crew 2 have acknowledged this annoying bug with missing Low Poly Golden Smoke award and said that they are currently investigating it.
Moreover, they will provide an update on this issue within the next two weeks.
Further, there are no known troubleshooting methods for the Low Poly Golden Smoke award issue. This means that there’s nothing to do other than wait for an official fix.
