Laurie Holden is an experienced film and television actress, perhaps most notable for playing Andrea in the Walking Dead television series. Holden has also starred in supporting roles in X-Files and The Americans as well as in films like The Majestic, Fantastic Four, Silent Hill, The Mist, and Dumb and Dumber To. Holden is also a voice actress, having lent her voice to projects such as Arctic Dogs and the upcoming coming-of-age film Fireheart.

In the lead-up to The Boys’ third season, the image posted to the show’s Instagram pages displays Holden in a costume that pays homage to Crimson Countess’s iconic design from the comics, with a red mask, red suit, and red hair. The account posted the image along with the caption “Payback’s a b*tch”—a likely nod to the team Crimson Countess is a part of, meaning the character is likely to share a good amount of screentime with Jensen Ackles’s leader character Soldier Boy.

Laurie Holden isn’t the only Walking Dead cast member to be getting more roles as of late. Darryl actor Norman Reedus will be seen in an upcoming third Boondock Saints movie along with his other co-stars from the previous movies. Meanwhile, Rosita actress Christian Serratos landed the coveted role of Netflix’s Selena: The Series, while Steven Yeun, aside from lending his voice to animated series like Final Space and Invincible, will soon be a major cast member in Jordan Peel’s next original thriller film, Nope.
