Vijay’s untitled film deliberately called Thalapathy 66 production is going to start in March. In a recent update, Pooja Hege and Rashmika Mandanna are taken into consideration for the female lead.

It has been reported that Thalapathy Vijay will portray double roles in this family drama. Thalapathy Vijay is gearing up for his upcoming 66th film. The film will be directed by Vamshi Paldipally. Dil Raju and Shirish will produce this upcoming under their production company, Sri Venkateshwara Creations. The music will be composed by music director S Thaman. In an interview with the producer, Dil Raju says, ” The film will hit the screens in Diwali or Sankranthi.” The shooting will begin after Vijay completes the shooting of his other projects.

The story includes Vijay in dual roles-one of a younger look and the second in which he will portray the character of a person suffering from Erotomania.
Meanwhile, Vijay has his another project titled Beast. It is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. In his most anticipated film, Vijay will play opposite Pooja Hegde with Selvaraghavan and Yogi Babu as supporting actors. The film produced by Sun Productions will hit the theatres on April 14.
Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna was last seen in the movie Pushpa opposite Allu Arjun while Pooja Hegde was last seen in her movie Acharya which released on February 4.
