In the wake of allegations that superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan was jailed during a raid at a drug party, old footage of SRK’s 1997 interview with Simi Garewal has surfaced on social media sites. Priya Kulkarni, a Twitter user, uploaded a clip of SRK stating, “I simply informed him that he may run after females.” He is free to smoke as much as he likes. He has the ability to do drugs and have sex. He has the ability to seduce women.”
SRK and his wife Gauri Khan were talking Simi how their kid Aryan was closer to SRK and how he would pamper his son in the future during a light-hearted chat.
Shah Rukh Khan was replying to a question about how he would treat his kid, who was just a few months old at the time, approximately 27 minutes into the interview. “I just told him that when he’s three or four years old, he may go after females, smoke as much as he wants, take drugs, have sex, womanize,” he added. “When he’s three?” Garewal then asks. Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and Aryan Khan’s mother, Gauri, laugh and say yes when he’s three. After that, Shah Rukh Khan jokes that he (Aryan) should do everything he hasn’t done yet.
Despite the fact that he stated these things in a fun, his 1997 comment appears to have come back to bite the superstar.’
Gauri Khan was accused of cocaine possession in 2011.
Aryan isn’t the only one in the family whose name has been linked to a drug case. Gauri Khan, SRK’s wife, was arrested at Berlin Airport in 2011 when a tiny amount of marijuana was discovered in her hands. Khan has publicly denied the charges on several occasions throughout the years, but the allegations persisted. Several prominent stars in the film business have previously battled drug addiction. During the inquiry into actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s murder last year, a narcotics network emerged, and the investigation is still ongoing.
