With a collection of over 82 million songs, the service is available in over 183 markets and has 422 million users worldwide.
But in the last few weeks, many said the iOS app was crashing and freezing when listening to podcasts while others complained about Discover Weekly not playing or loading.
Many users said they tried common troubleshooting solutions like clearing app data and cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and logging in to their accounts again but nothing seems to help.
Fortunately, Spotify developers commented on the matter and said they are aware of the issues where many are unable to play songs using the search function and playlists are appearing empty for some.
Thankfully, we also came across some workarounds that are reportedly helping some. The first one involves removing the SD card.
