With more than 70 million songs in its library, Spotify has become one of the largest audio streaming services on the planet.

Many say that Roku has suddenly linked their credentials with Spotify and they are now asked to select an account whenever they open the app.

But the app refuses to load even when the associated account is selected. Others say that they are unable to load the app at all and that their devices are stuck at the Spotify logo screen for hours on end.

Users said they tried reinstalling the app it does not fix the problem at hand.

Thankfully, a user has stumbled across a workaround that seems to be fixing both issues.

Although it is not a fix, the workaround is definitely helping users who want to listen to Spotify on their Roku devices.

With Spotify or Roku yet to say anything on the matter, it is still unclear if and when the aforementioned issues will be fixed. Rest assured, when they do, we will let you know so stay tuned for more information.
