Solution 1: Restart your Device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device.

Solution 2: Turn Off/On WiFi
- Launch Settings.
- Tap WiFi.
- Turn On the WiFi and then turn off it.
Solution 3: Forget WiFi Network Settings

- Tap WiFi and then tap “i” info symbol.
- Tap Forget This Network.
- Again tap Forget to confirm your action.
Solution 4: Reset Network Settings
- Launch Settings.
- Scroll down to see General and then tap it.
- Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Enter your Passcode.
- Again tap Reset Network Setting to confirm your action.
Solution 5: Uninstall and Reinstall Snapchat
- Long press the app until the apps are shaking.
- Now, “X” symbol appears at the top left of the app.
- Click that “X” symbol to uninstall the app.
- Launch the App Store and search for the app.
- Then download and install it.
